When a student visa is refused or cancelled, the deadlines are often short and the decision can affect every visa application the student makes in future. We provide legal assessment and appeals for your students and their parents, working alongside you without affecting your study application and enrolment services.
When to refer
- A Student visa (subclass 500) or Student Guardian visa (subclass 590) has been refused and an ART appeal or a new application strategy is needed
- Visa cancellation, proposed or actual, over attendance, course progress or a breach of visa conditions
- PIC 4020 (false or misleading information) issues, which can lead to an exclusion period of several years
- Overstayed visas, bridging visas and other urgent status problems
- Temporary Graduate visas (485), skilled migration and planning a path to permanent residence
