Australian Apostille process:
- Step 1: Find an experienced international notary attorney to notarise the document. Having notarised various Chinese documents since 2001, Mr Cai Qingwei is familiar with the requirements for notarising Chinese documents and can provide directlya Chinese Notarial Certificate, which can be used in China without translation of the notarial certificate.
- Secondly, submit the document to the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for Apostille. We have many years of experience in dealing with DFAT(Apostille).We have many years of experience in dealing with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. After notarizing the documents, we can help you submit them to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for apostille.

As of November 2023, all documents for use in China do not need to be authenticated by the Chinese Embassy and can be used directly in China after authentication with DFAT.
