If you are a Kenyan citizen in Melbourne and have lost your Kenya passport, you must apply to the Kenya High Commission in Canberra for a replacement passport and as part of that process will require the services of a notary public. 1. You are a Kenyan citizen.<\/p>\n

2. Provide your Kenyan passport number and issue date.<\/p>\n

4. Details of your police report.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. State you are cannot locate your passport and believe it is lost.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. State you are applying for a new passport.<\/p>\n

7. Attach the application form with application fee.<\/p>\n

8. Undertake to return your new passport to the Kenya Government if you find your lost passport.<\/p>\n

9. Indemnify the Kenya Government against any claims which result from your lost passport.<\/p>\n

10. Swear the contents of your statutory declaration and application are true to the best knowledge and belief.<\/p>\n

After you have prepared the statutory declaration, you must then declare and sign it in the presence of the notary public.
