Administration<\/strong><strong>\uff09\uff5c\u6fb3\u6d32\u7e7c\u627f\u6cd5\uff5c<\/strong><strong>Chua Tan &amp; Associates <\/strong><strong>\u8521\u6176\u5049\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240<\/strong><\/p><p>\u7576\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u53bb\u4e16\u6642\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6c92\u6709\u7559\u4e0b\u5408\u6cd5\u6709\u6548\u7684\u907a\u56d1\uff0c\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0a\u7a31\u70ba**\u201c\u7121\u907a\u56d1\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff08Intestacy\uff09\u201d**\u3002<\/p><p>\u5728\u9019\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u907a\u7522\u4e0d\u6703\u6309\u7167\u6b7b\u8005\u500b\u4eba\u610f\u9858\u5206\u914d\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5fc5\u9808\u6839\u64da\u7dad\u591a\u5229\u4e9e\u5dde\u300a<strong>Administration and Probate Act 1958<\/strong><strong>\uff08\u907a\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u8207\u907a\u56d1\u8a8d\u8b49\u6cd5\uff09<\/strong>\u300b\u7684\u6cd5\u5b9a\u898f\u5247\u9032\u884c\u5206\u914d\u3002\u9019\u5f80\u5f80\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u8aa4\u89e3\u3001\u5ef6\u8aa4\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u7522\u751f\u722d\u8b70\u3002<\/p><p><strong>Chua Tan &amp; Associates <\/strong><strong>\u8521\u6176\u5049\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240<\/strong>\u70ba\u58a8\u723e\u672c\u53ca\u7dad\u591a\u5229\u4e9e\u5dde\u5ba2\u6236\u63d0\u4f9b\u5c08\u696d\u7684<strong>\u7121\u907a\u56d1\u7e7c\u627f\uff08<\/strong><strong>Intestacy<\/strong><strong>\uff09\u6cd5\u5f8b\u670d\u52d9<\/strong>\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7533\u8acb\u907a\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u66f8\uff08Letters of Administration\uff09\u3001\u907a\u7522\u5206\u914d\u8aee\u8a62\u3001\u5bb6\u5ead\u7cfe\u7d1b\u89e3\u6c7a\u53ca\u8de8\u5883\u7e7c\u627f\u4e8b\u52d9\u8655\u7406\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u7121\u907a\u56d1\u7e7c\u627f\uff08<\/strong><strong>Intestacy<\/strong><strong>\uff09\uff1f<\/strong><\/p><p>\u7121\u907a\u56d1\u7e7c\u627f\u662f\u6307\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u6b7b\u8005\u6c92\u6709\u7559\u4e0b\u6709\u6548\u907a\u56d1\uff1b\u6216<\/li><li>\u907a\u56d1\u88ab\u6cd5\u9662\u8a8d\u5b9a\u7121\u6548\uff1b\u6216<\/li><li>\u907a\u56d1\u672a\u80fd\u8986\u84cb\u5168\u90e8\u907a\u7522\u8cc7\u7522\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p>\u5728\u9019\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u4e0d\u6703\u6309\u7167\u500b\u4eba\u610f\u9858\u5206\u914d\u8ca1\u7522\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6309\u7167\u6cd5\u5f8b\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u9806\u5e8f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u8ab0\u6709\u6b0a\u7e7c\u627f\u907a\u7522\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u907a\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u66f8\uff08<\/strong><strong>Letters of Administration<\/strong><strong>\uff09\uff1f<\/strong><\/p><p>\u7576\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u6c92\u6709\u907a\u56d1\u53bb\u4e16\u6642\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u6703\u7c3d\u767c\u4e00\u4efd\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6587\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p><p><strong>Letters of Administration<\/strong><strong>\uff08\u907a\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u66f8\uff09<\/strong><\/p><p>\u8a72\u6587\u4ef6\u6388\u6b0a\u4e00\u540d\u5408\u9069\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\u4f5c\u70ba<strong>\u907a\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\uff08<\/strong><strong>Administrator<\/strong><strong>\uff09<\/strong>\uff0c\u8ca0\u8cac\u7ba1\u7406\u53ca\u5206\u914d\u907a\u7522\u3002<\/p><p>\u7372\u5f97\u8a72\u6388\u6b0a\u5f8c\uff0c\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u6536\u96c6\u6b7b\u8005\u6240\u6709\u8cc7\u7522\uff1b<\/li><li>\u7ba1\u7406\u9280\u884c\u8cec\u6236\u53ca\u623f\u7522\uff1b<\/li><li>\u8655\u7406\u50b5\u52d9\u53ca\u7a05\u52d9\uff1b<\/li><li>\u51fa\u552e\u6216\u8f49\u8b93\u623f\u7522\uff1b<\/li><li>\u5411\u5408\u6cd5\u7e7c\u627f\u4eba\u5206\u914d\u907a\u7522\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p>\u6c92\u6709\u8a72\u6cd5\u9662\u6388\u6b0a\uff0c\u9280\u884c\u53ca\u623f\u7522\u6a5f\u69cb\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u6703\u5141\u8a31\u8655\u7406\u907a\u7522\u8cc7\u7522\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>\u8ab0\u53ef\u4ee5\u7533\u8acb\u907a\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u66f8\uff1f<\/strong><\/p><p>\u4e00\u822c\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u6703\u512a\u5148\u8003\u616e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4eba\u58eb\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u914d\u5076\u6216\u4e8b\u5be6\u5a5a\u59fb\u4f34\u4fb6\uff1b<\/li><li>\u5b50\u5973\uff1b<\/li><li>\u7236\u6bcd\uff1b<\/li><li>\u5144\u5f1f\u59d0\u59b9\uff1b<\/li><li>\u5176\u4ed6\u8fd1\u89aa\u5c6c\uff08\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff09\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p>\u5982\u679c\u6709\u591a\u500b\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u5171\u540c\u7533\u8acb\uff1b\u6216<\/li><li>\u7531\u4e00\u4eba\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u4e26\u53d6\u5f97\u5176\u4ed6\u89aa\u5c6c\u540c\u610f\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p>\u5982\u5bb6\u5ead\u5b58\u5728\u722d\u8b70\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u5c07\u6839\u64da\u5177\u9ad4\u60c5\u6cc1\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6700\u5408\u9069\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>\u7121\u907a\u56d1\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u907a\u7522\u5982\u4f55\u5206\u914d\uff1f<\/strong><\/p><p>\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u907a\u56d1\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u907a\u7522\u5fc5\u9808\u56b4\u683c\u6309\u7167\u7dad\u591a\u5229\u4e9e\u5dde\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5206\u914d\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u6839\u64da\u5bb6\u5ead\u53e3\u982d\u7d04\u5b9a\u6216\u60c5\u611f\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002<\/p><p>\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u5e38\u898b\u5206\u914d\u898f\u5247\uff1a<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e00\uff1a\u6709\u914d\u5076\u4f46\u7121\u5b50\u5973<\/strong><\/p><p>\u5982\u679c\u6b7b\u8005\u53ea\u6709\u914d\u5076\u6216\u4e8b\u5be6\u4f34\u4fb6\uff1a<\/p><p>\ud83d\udc49 vacantia\uff09\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u7531\u65bc\u6cd5\u5f8b\u898f\u5247\u56b4\u683c\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u5f80\u5f80\u8207\u5bb6\u5ead\u771f\u5be6\u671f\u671b\u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6c92\u6709\u907a\u56d1\u6703\u9020\u6210\u554f\u984c\uff1f<\/strong><\/p><p>\u7121\u907a\u56d1\u7e7c\u627f\u5f80\u5f80\u5e36\u4f86\u4ee5\u4e0b\u98a8\u96aa\uff1a<\/p><ol><li><strong>\u907a\u7522\u5206\u914d\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u500b\u4eba\u610f\u9858<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u540c\u5c45\u4f34\u4fb6\u53ef\u80fd\u7121\u6cd5\u7372\u5f97\u9810\u671f\u4efd\u984d\uff1b<\/li><li>\u7e7c\u5b50\u5973\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u81ea\u52d5\u7e7c\u627f\uff1b<\/li><li>\u524d\u5a5a\u5b50\u5973\u8207\u73fe\u4efb\u5bb6\u5ead\u7522\u751f\u885d\u7a81\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong>\u907a\u7522\u8655\u7406\u6642\u9593\u66f4\u9577<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>\u9280\u884c\u3001\u623f\u7522\u53ca\u6295\u8cc7\u6a5f\u69cb\u5be9\u6279\u6642\u9593\u66f4\u9577\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol
