Are you in Melbourne and need documents notarised for Vietnam?

Our Melbourne Public Notary can help you notarise documents to be used in Vietnam. Vietnam is quickly becoming a destination for Australian businesses to expand their operations. If you are looking at doing business in Vietnam and need documents notarised such as to set up a representative office, our Melbourne Public Notary can assist you with the entire notarisation and legalisation process. To establish a representative office in Vietnam, you need to have notarised a number of Australian business documents relating to your company’s incorporation and current details. To prove you are an Australian business, our notary public can help prepare a certificate of good standing. We can attest Australian company documents and records and prove your company exists in Australia. We will need to have the director or an authorised officer of the Australian company attend our notary public appointment to sign documents on the company’s behalf. 

Certificate of good standing

We can provide a certificate of good standing to confirm the existence of the Australian company or business as well as the details of the company including registered address, director and shareholder information. We will perform our own checks of records help by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) which regulates companies in Australia. Please confirm the requirements for the certificate of good standing with the document recipient as there might be additional documents you need to include such as financial reports, bank statements and tax registrations. We can notarise documents in accordance with your requirements. 
 

Notarisation, Authentication and Legalisation of documents

The documents our Melbourne Public Notary will notarise then need authentication by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), then need to be legalised by the Vietnam Embassy in Canberra. Over the years our Melbourne Public Notary has significant experience dealing with DFAT and the Vietnam Embassy if you want us to complete the authentication and legalisation process on your behalf.
