100 Points of ID for Notary Public Services in Melbourne or Victoria

How do I get 100 Points of ID in Victoria?

Needing 100 points of ID before coming to your Melbourne notary public appointment

 It is essential our Melbourne notary public can identify you at your appointment to have your documents notarised and you need to bring documents which make up 100 points of identification.

The simplest way is to provide your current passport and Victorian drivers licence. 

You can also meet the requirements of 100 points by providing two of the following documents with one Government-issued document including a photograph, signature and date of birth. You can also meet the requirements of 100 points by providing two of the following documents with one Government-issued document including a photograph, signature and date of birth.

  • Current Australian or foreign passport
  • Expired Australian passport which has not been cancelled and was current within the preceding two years
  • Citizenship certificate
  • Birth certificate or Birth card issued by a State registry of births, deaths and marriages
  • Diplomatic documents including a diplomatic passports, a United Nations passport, Titre de Voyage and a Certificate of Identity

Here are a list of identification documents which contain a photograph that can be used along with one of the above documents. 
 
  • Australian Drivers licence
  • State Government issued identification card
  • Identification card issued by the Australian Federal or State Government
  • Student card issued by an Australian university 

The below documents give you 25 points if they include your name.
 
  • Foreign drivers licence
  • Medicare card
  • Current credit card or account card from a bank, building society or credit union
  • Current telephone, water, gas or electricity bill
