Do you need a certificate of good standing of a corporation?
We can prepare a Notary Certificate of Good Standing of a Corporation for your company to do business overseas, particularly in the set-up stage where you want to open a foreign office or bank account. Our Melbourne Notary Public will verify whether your company exists and was incorporated in Australia, its directors, secretary and shareholders, its issued capital, its principal place of business and registered office. We might ask you for company resolutions, minutes, reports and the company authority for you to sign on its behalf.

1. Trade mark and patents- you will need a notarial certificate to register trademarks and patents in countries outside of Australia.
2. Land transactions- sale and purchase of real property overseas where your signature needs to be witnessed.
3. Corporate citizenship and tax status- if you are doing business outside of Australia and you need to confirm your company’s tax and residency status, we can notarise Australian Taxation certificates of residence.
4. Probate- international assets that are a part of deceased’ estates can be dealt with notarised Probate and Letters of Administration documents as part of the reseal of Australian court documents.
5. Affidavit- we can witness your signature and swearing on an affidavit for use in a foreign Court.
