Medical Certificate Notarisation for the Middle East

We provide notary public services for medical certificates to be used in other countries and our Melbourne Public Notary is experienced with notarising documents for countries around the Middle East. It is best to confirm the notarisation requirements for where the medical certificate will be used in so as to save time and costs. Each country has their own notarisation requirements and the legalisation process will also differ. To verify the medical certificate, we will contact the issuing doctor in Australia to verify the information contained in the medical certificate before completing the notarisation process. This means that the notarisation of documents cannot usually be done at one appointment. You will need to engage our notary public to notarise your medical certificate prior to pickup. We will generally contact you after the Australian medical certificate has been verified and then notarised.

In general, when applying for visas or work permits to a number of countries in the Middle East, our Melbourne Public Notary may need to verify and notarise documents held by medical professionals under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) including Chiropractor, Dentist, Doctor, Nurse, Midwife, Optometrist, Osteopath, Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist and Psychologist. In this respect, we can provide a notarial certificate as part of our notary services. 

Prior to contacting our office, please ask the document recipient for the correct forms to complete prior to your notary public appointment so that the notarised documents satisfy the visa or work permit requirements. You should also confirm the notarisation and legalisation requirements. If you do not confirm their requirements you may lead to wasting time and costs. The notary fee will depend on the number of documents notarised, number of students and number of schools.
